Master of Vilnius Academy of Arts, member of the Lithuanian Artists' Union. Participates in group exhibitions, art symposia in Lithuania and abroad, organizes personal creative exhibitions.  Mingaile creates works for interiors: sculptures, unique tableware, planters, home decor.
